Our service agreement provides gold level support for technical issues. We are on call between 8am to 5pm to fix your technical issues. Remote access solutions are provided by certified technicians, and communicate changes every step of the way. Remote access allows the technician to resolve your red light issues in a couple of hours. If a service call is warranted, a ticket will be generated, and a tech will be dispatched to your location within 6 - 8 hours of the call.
Four days a week we will audit your server’s event logs. We will look for critical errors, fix the red light problems, and then communicate the resolution to the specified personnel. This process is completely transparent to the end user. With a proactive approach we hope to clip those potential problems at the root, before it turns into lost production. We will check the back up logs for errors, issues, or software problems. Disaster does happen, but having a professional keep an eye on your data backup is piece of mind that we can all live with.
The monthly cost covers most jobs, one hour, two hours, or even five. Remote access is completely covered, and there are no hidden costs, no special fees. On site solutions are covered for the first 2 hour's, if the problem can not be resolved with that time period, an analysis will go over the options, and the costs associated to the fix the issue, if any. Example, the hard drive goes bad, and the server needs a replacement hard drive. We will order your drive, install the operating system, and rebuild the data store. The cost would be the hardware, and hours of service, usually four to five hours. Service agreement members receive a 15% discount on all service preformed. We have been known to pro-rate time from previous months, you would be surprised on how much money we can save on IT support. References are available upon request.
